This page is for users of Shakkhi App to request permanent deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Fill out the form below with your registered email address.
  2. Optionally provide a reason for deletion.
  3. Submit your request.
  4. Our team will verify and process your request within 30 days.
⚠️ Warning: After account deletion, you will permanently lose access to your account, commitments, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Full Name & Profile Information
  • Email Address & Phone Number
  • All Commitment Records & Evidence
  • Voice / Video / Photo Attachments
  • Activity History & Logs
  • Authentication Data

Data That May Be Retained

  • Transaction records (retained up to 90 days for legal compliance)
  • Server security logs (retained up to 30 days)

All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
